A is for Apple & M is for More, Pre-school Curriculum – Friday, Nov. 1, 10 a.m.-2 p.m. in the Guernsey Building, Canyon City. Pre-registration required, no fee, lunch provided. Call 575-0210.

Child Care Provider meeting – Saturday, Nov. 2, 9 a.m. at Java Jungle, Main Street, John Day.

Recognizing and Reporting Child Abuse and Neglect – Wednesday, Nov. 6, 6-8 p.m. in the Guernsey Building, 120 Washington St., Canyon City. Pre-registration is required. Call 575-0210.

Foodhandler class – Thursday, Nov. 7, 1:30-4:30 p.m. at the Federal Building, Patterson Bridge Road, John Day. Fee: $10. No pre-registration needed.

Child Care Division Overview – Tuesday, Nov. 19, 6-8 p.m. at TEC/Child Care Resource and Referral office, 118 Washington St., Canyon City. No fee. Call 575-0210.
