JOHN DAY – Just Friends, a Christian band, will perform at Straight Street Coffeehouse 7-10 p.m. Saturday, April 19.

Just Friends of Bend will entertain with original and traditional songs ranging from blues, gospel, folk, soft rock, country to alternative music styles spanning the last century. Acoustic instruments and vocal harmonies will combine to create a warm and memorable experience, said Pastor Marlin Brownell.

Straight Street, located at 139 N.E. Dayton St., opens monthly on the third Saturday with live inspirational music in a relaxed setting for all ages. It offers a game room and refreshments. No cover charge; donations accepted. For more information, call 575-2180 or 575-1323.
