Holder has a mineral interest in the Property under that certain Deed dated July 26, 1924, recorded in Grant County on July 26, 1924, Book 35, Page 404; that certain Deed dated December 10, 1936, recorded in Grant County on December 19, 1936, in Book 41, Page 448.

Section 33: Commending at the Northeast corner of said Sec. 33; thence West, along the North line of said Sec. 33, 3860 feet; thence Southeasterly to a point 1750 feet South and 1460 feet West of the Northeast corner of said Sec. 33; thence East and parallel with the North line of said Sec. 33, 1460 feet to the East line of said Sec. 33; thence North along the East line of said Sec. 33, 1750 feet to the point of beginning.

The first date of publication pursuant to ORS 517.180 is on September 10, 2003. The holder must submit a Statement of Claim to the Grant County Clerk within sixty (60) days after the last date of publication of this notice or the Holder’s mineral interest will be extinguished. The last date of publication will be on or after September 24, 2003.
