Community Connection of Northeast Oregon, Inc. is soliciting statements of qualifications and proposals from parties interested in conducting a Housing Market Analysis. The analysis will encompass four counties in northeast Oregon: For an individual or firm to be considered, four (4) copies of their proposal shall be submitted no later than Wednesday, Oct. 15, 2003, at 3 p.m.
