Ila McIntosh, 95, of Prairie City died Oct. 4 at Blue Mountain Nursing Home.

Funeral services are planned for 10 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 11, at the Prairie City United Methodist Church. The Rev. Darrell Johnson will officiate. Interment will follow at Prairie City Cemetery. A full obituary will appear in a future issue of the Blue Mountain Eagle.
