JOHN DAY – Michele McManama and her mother, Marilyn Foss, are presenting Tastefully Simple products through home parties.

They moved from Wisconsin in June and look forward to “introducing a new item to a new area and getting acquainted.” They have been dealing with the unique products for the past 18 months.

With approximately 35 items that can be sampled at home parties, McManama said, “We have enough products to satisfy all types of tastebuds.” Bread mixes, cobblers, brownies, soups, seasonings, dips and candy and drink mixes are easily prepared using two or less ingredients. Ready-to-eat items include chipotle, honey mustard, salsa and sauces. Products contain no monosodium gluminate and weight-watchers suggestions and holiday gift packs are available. Organizations can receive percentages during fund-raising with Tastefully Simple products.

The manufacturing company based in Alexandria, Minn., has been active since 1995 and is the INC 500 list, which recognizes fast-growing entrepeneural ventures.
