Contractors lay the foundation for Winner's Choice, a bowstring manufacturer, at the site of a new industrial park at the Grant County Regional Airport.

JOHN DAY – Building construction has been under way since Sept. 1 at the Grant County Regional Airport Industrial Park with Winner’s Choice Custom Bow Strings pouring a foundation last week for its new manufacturing facility.

The expanded shop also will allow for additional employees, said owner Mike Slinkard, who expects to move into the new facility by the end of December.
