PENDLETON – Road construction is underway between Pilot Rock and Pendleton in the McKay Dam area and motorists can expect single-lane travel and up to 20-minute delays reported the Oregon Department of Transportation.
Work on the 8-mile stretch of Highway 395 during the next couple of weeks will include construction crews working until 10 p.m. each evening and into weekends.
The base-lift paving will be completed in November, then the final top-lift paving will be applied in 2004.
