John Day Police

Jan. 14 – Lars Paulsson, no age listed, Concord, Calif., was cited for violation of basic speed rule (49/35 zone).

Jan. 15 – Frank Mesa, 18, Burns, was cited for minor in possession of alcohol and furnishing alcohol to a minor.

Jan. 15 – A 14-year-old female was cited for minor in possession of alcohol.

Prairie City Police

Jan. 1 – Marshall Hayes, 17, no address listed, was cited for violation of basic speed rule (43/25 zone).

Jan. 10 – Stephanie Bachman, no age listed, Baker City, was cited for violation of basic speed rule (37/25 zone) and failure to carry proof of insurance.

Jan. 11 – Shiloh Stinnett, 21, Prairie City, was cited for driving while suspended, failure to carry registration and failure to carry proof of insurance.

John Day Dispatch

Jan. 16 – John Day Ambulance was dispatched to the Meadowbrook Apartment complex for a 63-year-old female who was reportedly having heart problems.

Oregon State Police

Jan. 9 – Troopers assisted Grant County Sheriff’s Deputies at the scene of a reported disturbance at the Grubsteak Tavern. None of the subjects wished to pursue charges.
