High school seniors from Oregon who have been involved in health awareness activities are eligible for scholarships from the Oregon Health Forum.

The application deadline is March 8, scholarships will be awarded in June.

To qualify, students must have done volunteer work, been involved in a research endeavor, worked in a health care setting or done community service.

Oregon Health Forum has been providing scholarships to high school seniors for the past four years in its efforts to help promote greater awareness of health care issues as well as encourage students to consider a career in health care.
