INVITATION TO BID: WINDOW CLEANING – COURTHOUSE AND LIBRARY

Grant County is currently accepting bids from qualified service providers for semi-annual window cleaning at the Courthouse at 201 S. Humbolt Street in Canyon City and the Library at 507 S. Canyon Blvd in John Day. Bidders must show proof of licensure by either the City of John Day or Town of Canyon City. Successful bidder must provide proof of Workers’ Compensation Insurance on all employees, or a Workers’ Compensation “if any basis” policy. A $10,000 Janitorial Service Bond is required. Contract period from September 23, 2005 to April 30, 2006.

An inspection tour is available upon request by calling the Courthouse at (541) 575-0059 or (541) 575-1798 and the Library at (541) 575-1992. The required Bid Form describing performance specifications is available at the County Court office, 201 S. Humbolt Street, Suite 280, Canyon City OR 97820. For more information call 575-0059.

Sealed bids must be received at the County Court office by 4:30 pm September 16, 2005. Bid Opening is at 11 a.m. September 21, 2005. Grant County retains the right to refuse any and all bids, including those not submitted on the Bid Form.
