Brandon Hueckman was found guilty by default failure to appear and charged with possession of alcohol by a minor.
He was fined $311, which included costs and assessments.

John Day PoliceAccidents and Incidents Nov. 21 – John Day and Long Creek ambulances dispatched for a 82 year-old female unconcious and having difficulty breathing. Canceled.
Nov. 22 – John Day and Prairie City ambulances dispatched for a male who was sick and foaming at the mouth.
Nov. 26 – John Day ambulance dispatched to Country Spice for a 78 year-old female with chest pains.
Nov. 27 – John Day fire department dispatched for fire alarm at Valley View Assisted Living.
Arrests and Citations Nov. 23 – Ronald Joseph Vanderschuere, Jr., 38, Union, arrested on a driving while suspended warrant out of Union County.
Nov. 24 – Brandon Hueckman, 21, John Day, was cited for open container.
Nov. 27 – Leanna White, 40, John Day, was arrested for driving under the influence of intoxicants.
Nov. 27 – Jimmy Robertson, 20, Prineville, was cited for violation of basic speed rule.
Grant County SheriffAccidents and Incidents Nov. 23 – Grant County Sheriff’s office dispatched for an open door at Driskill’s.
Nov. 23 – Sheriff’s office dispatched for an incident of trespassing reported in Dayville.
Nov. 23 – Sheriff’s office responded to a 3-year-old that was bitten in the face by a dog.
Arrests and Citations Nov. 22 – David Khachatryan, 34, Denver, Colo., was cited for following too closely.
Nov. 27 – Joseph Allen Edwards, 22, Mt. Vernon, was arrested for a warrant from Umatilla County.
Nov. 28 – Antoinette Jenkins, 56, Long Creek, was cited for maintaining a dog as a nuisance.
Nov. 28 – Geoffrey McKrola, 23, Canby, was cited for violation of basic speed rule (76/55 zone).
Oregon State PoliceNov. 22 – State Police responded to a motor vehicle crash on State Route 19 near milepost 117.
Carter Allan St. Amand, Caldwell, Ida., was travelling northwest on West Highway 19 when he lost control of his vehicle, resulting in the spillage of multiple tons of large bales of hay onto the highway. No other vehicles were involved and no injuries were reported.
Oregon State Highway workers moved enough hay to reopen one lane, and Duncan’s towing responded to remove the truck, trailer and hay.
The crash was caused by a combination of factors including road conditions (ice), driver error and equipment. St. Amand was warned for careless driving.
Nov. 26 – State Police responded to a motor vehicle accident on Highway 26 near milepost 203.
Duane Timmons of Prairie City was headed westbound on the highway shoulder on a Polaris four-wheeler when Steven Kowing of Canyon City came up behind Timmons and struck him with his right front quarter panel.
No injuries were reported, no public property damage was reported and total damage is unknown. Parties involved exchanged information.
