I have a thought on Mr. Wood’s request for an ordinance in Prairie City. An individual that acts in a way that a community deems to be bad behavior, in this case trying to start a fight, should be cited for the bad behavior and punished if deemed necessary. Requiring the individual to “move on” does not accomplish this and being in a public place should not be a crime if you are not misbehaving.
