Births: Aiden and Caden Skiens

Aiden Matthew Skiens (left) and Caden Elijah Skiens were born on Sept. 1, 2006, at St. Vincent’s Hospital in Beaverton to Aspen and Heather Skiens of St. Helens.

Aiden was born at 8:24 a.m. He weighed 6 pounds 10 ounces and was 19 and a half inches long.

Caden was born at 8:25 a.m. He weighed 6 pounds 9 ounces and was 18 and 3/4 inches long.

Paternal grandparents are Billie Goulart of Portland and Tommy Skiens of John Day.

Maternal grandparents are Mary Miles of Lebanon, formerly of John Day, and the late Bob Miles.

Great-grandparents are Ruth and Junior Miles of Vale and Gillette Slates of Montana.

Aiden and Caden join big sister Kiaya, 4, and big brother Hunter, 3.
