MALHEUR NATIONAL FOREST

The 395 Rock SSTS Sale is located within T.15S., R31E., Section 20. The Forest Service will receive sealed and oral bids in public at Malheur National Forest Supervisor’s Office at 10 a.m. local time on 05/30/2007 for an estimated volume of 13CCF of Douglas-fir sawtimber, and 19 CCF of Ponderosa Pine sawtimber marked or otherwise designated for cutting. This sale is set aside for small business firms with 25 or fewer employees. If no small business concern makes a valid bid, the Forest Service will readvertise this sale without restrictions on bidder size. The Forest Service reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Interested parties may obtain a prospectus from the office listed below. A prospectus, bid form and complete information concerning the timber, the conditions of sale and submission of bids is available to the public from the Malheur supervisors Office, 431 Patterson Bridge Rd., John Day, OR.
