To the Editor:

Oregonians worked hard to regain some private property rights taken away by Oregon’s land-use laws by passing Measure 37. Now the state Legislature and the governor have said, “in your face – you don’t know what’s best for your private property” by placing Measure 49 on the ballot to essentially repeal Measure 37. Please join me in voting no on 49.
