Rhonda Lynn Dalgliesh of Gresham died Dec. 27, 2007. She was 50.

She was born in Baker on April 27, 1957, and graduated in 1975 from Grant Union High School in John Day, where she was active in Girls State. She was also a can-can girl with the Whiskey Gulch Gang.
Jim Dieker has been by her side for over 30 years, and their two children, Collin and Max Dieker, were her pride and joy.
She loved the outdoors and enjoyed gardening and boating with her family.

In addition to Jim, Collin and Max, she is survived by her mother, Elaine Dalgliesh; sister and brother-in-law, Susie and Mike Rebman; brother, Steve Dalgliesh; sister Joyce Thompson; members of her second family, Dave Dieker and Nan Walker, Tom and Christine Dieker, Paul and Machelle Dieker, and Julie Dieker and Brent Hines; and best friends, Tony Jones and Cheri Hill. She had two beloved stepfathers, Ross Thompson and Hank Carr, and nieces and nephews Scott Dalgliesh, Sara Dalgliesh, Randy Rebman, Stacy Post, Suzanne Ash, Robert Rebman, Benjamin Dieker and Julie Dieker.
She was preceded in death by stepfather Hank Carr, sister Rita Rae Dalgliesh, grandparents Robert and Edna Dalgliesh and Velma and Slim Morin and parents-in-law Ada and Gale Dieker.
