I’m participating in the Challenge in hopes of starting a new…eating healthy, exercising and loosing weight.
My goals are above…
My biggest obstacle would have to be MYSELF.
My biggest Motivator would also have to be MYSELF AND my Team (GO TEAM TON ‘O FUN!!)…
My Strategy is to watch what I eat and exercise, the combo of those two strategies should give me my goal!!
Being accountable to my team should help me stay focused…
My secret food craving…umm just ask the BM Eagle Gen’l Manager, I’m sure SHE knows!!!
The exercise I love to hate would have to be walking Laycock Creek…its quite a “pull” but once I make it to my destination, I always feel so good…and then its downhill from there!! 🙂
