2.Your #1 Goal?
My #1 goal is to help my team win the prize $, of course! On a more personal level, I aim to make exercise a regular part of my life.
3.What’s the biggest obstacle to achieving your goal?
The only obstacles are the ones I create…laziness, excuses, etc.
4.Who/what is your biggest motivator toward success?
The competition is my biggest motivator, but ultimately, I would like to get healthy and remain healthy to get the most out of life…and for Charley.
5.Your #1 strategy?
Perseverance…6 months is a long time.
6.What will keep you focused?
My teammates will keep me on track, you can be SURE of that!!
7.Name your secret food craving?
If I could eat somewhere every single day, it could be Taco Bell, I sure do miss it!
8.Name the exercise you love to hate?
Running just to run has never been my favorite thing to do!
