My #1 goal: get in better shape and hopefully eat better
Biggest obstacle to achieving my goal:
Oreos
Biggest motivator: wife and daughters, I am not much good to them if I am not healthy
#1 strategy: smaller portions, exercise at least 6 nights a week
What will keep me focused: competition, hating to lose
My secret food craving: not a secret that I love Oreos
Exercise I love to hate: push-ups
