Why participate in the Challenge: Cleo made me 🙂
My #1 Goal: Improve my overall fitness level – lose some weight and improve my strength, stamina and flexibility.
Biggest obstacle to achieving my goal: Lack of motivation coupled with my wife’s delicious cooking and baking!
My biggest motivator: An honest look at myself in the mirror.
My #1 strategy: 1500-1750 calories per day during the week, but splurging a little on the weekends (along with exercising for 20 minutes at least 5 times per week)
What will keep me focused: My team mates (and the prize money!).
My secret food craving: It’s not a secret; I love anything sweet – ice cream, cakes, pies, cookies, candy, etc.
The exercise I “love to hate”: Most of them!
