I participated in the challenge for my health,to lower my blood sugar levels, and high blood pressure…..for the health

Goal is weight loss.

My biggest obstacle to achieving my goal is, I like the taste of food, and I cook good.

My biggest motivator to succeed is better health and a longer life.

My strategy is to eat right and exercise.

What will keep me focused is the team work.

My secret food cravings vary from potatoes, bacon, rice, bread, did I mention bacon.

The exercise I love to hate is anything with distance.
