My #1 goal: To get healthier and get the bunch of gals that got me into this off my back.
Biggest obstacle: The tri-fecta of bad eating; Lil’ Deb, chips, and gluttony. Add it all up, it is one large mountain to climb.
Biggest motivator(s): My family, and the bunch of gals that got me into this.
Strategy for success: Eat healthier and in smaller portions, exercise, and have fun at it.
What will keep me Focused: Did I mention the bunch of gals that got me into this?
Secret Food Craving: Food, the more sugar the better it tastes.
