Why participate in the challenge?

I thought it would be great to get a team together were we would monitor each others health. I thought it would be a great team builder for us!

Your #1 Goal:

I am trying to lower my blood pressure. I also want to be more health conscious. I want to exercise more and be able to have more energy.

What’s the biggest obstacle to achieving your goal?

The biggest problem I would say is just getting started and keeping up with it. But I now have six other people who are there keeping me accountable.

What will keep you focused?

This challenge is not just about one person. It’s about everyone on our team. Every time I will think I need that cheeseburger, I will reflect on what the effects will be not just for me, but for the whole team. So in doing this, it not just for me, it’s for six other people!

Name your secret food craving:

I have a weakness is deep fried food! But my secret food craving… I would have to say Milano cookies. I can eat an entire bag in one day!

Name the exercise you love to hate:

This is an easy one, running or jogging. This is something I never was good at and it just kills me when I try. But hey, this is an area that I will be working on.
