My number one goal is to become a healthy and energetic person. To be able to keep up with my grandson, who moves faster than the speed of sound!!
My biggest obstacle is motivation to exercise.
My number one strategy is to not look at this as a diet but a lifestyle.
Accountablilty to my team will keep me focused.
Secret food craving would be everything that is bad for me…
