Your #1 Goal. I want to improve my health, get stronger and hopefully, lose weight.
What’s your biggest obstacle to achieving your goal? Past bad habits, especially when it comes to eating (too much and wrong foods) and not wanting to exercise.
Who/what is your biggest motivator toward success? My teammates and knowing that this is the right thing to do. The changes for the better that I make now will improve my future quality of life.
Your #1 strategy. Working with my teammates – giving and receiving encouragement.
What will keep you focused? Being able to see myself getting stronger and losing that weight – the self satisfaction that I know I am changing my eating habits – doing a self evaluation and assessment of what’s happening with my body.
Name your secret food craving. Chocolate
Name the exercise you love to hate. Walking on a treadmill.
