Questionnaire for the Eagle Challenge

My 1# goal is to be healthier and slimmer. The biggest obstacle to achieving my goal is motivating myself to get up and move, eat better. My group and my family are the biggest motivator towards success. My 1# strategy is to find and stick to a routine. My OutPost Outlaws team and my family will try to keep me focused. My secret food craving is all carbs, real butter,anything sweet. The exercise I love to hate is running.
