Your #1 goal: My #1 goal is to lose weight, be more limber, be able to run 3 miles without stopping, and feel great.
What’s the biggest obstacle to achieving your goal? My biggest obstacle is the wall between Amy and my work station. Without the wall, I wouldn’t be able to sneak eat my way to obesity. Figuritively speaking, the wall shall come down! 🙂
What is your biggest motivator toward success? My biggest motivator toward success is my daughter’s wedding on June 28, 2008.
Your #1 strategy: My #1 strategy is to eat six small meals a day, drink lots of water, and exercise regularly.
What will keep you focused? Weighing every week and helping my daughter plan her wedding will keep me focused.
Name your secret food craving: My secret food craving is sugar. And it’s no secret.
Name the exercise you love to hate: I love to hate all floor, stomach exercises.
