1 week update

Well, today was the first weigh-in since we began. I lost two pounds and exercised six times in the past eight days! I would have lost more if we hadn’t gone to Portland over the weekend – we had Popeye’s Fried Chicken, Fish and Chips at the Horse Brass and Burgerville. (Don’t tell my teammates!) I am looking forward to more success in the coming weeks and am enjoying it so far.
PS – Dan, I hope you enjoy the Gummi Bacon!
