Here I Go

My number # 1 goal is to lose 15 to 20 lbs.
The biggest obstacle is snacking on sugar and finding time to exercise.
My biggest motivator will be my wife because she is helping me work on this challenge.
My # 1 strategy is to start out gradually and become more aggressive so I reach my goals.
I will stay focused by thinking positively and feeling better and having more energy. I will also be encouraged by knowing that I am hopefully keeping diabetes at bay.
My secret food craving is baked goods like cookies and donuts.
I love to hate situps.
