Why participate in the challenge? To motivate others and in return to have others motivate me into feeling my best.

Your #1 goal: To gain energy and lose weight.

Whats the biggest obstacle to achieving your goal? Brealking bad eating habits and exercising more.

Who what is your biggest motivator toward success? My two kids are my biggest motivator. I want them to see if you try hard to accomplish something it can happen because staying healthy myself will hompefully rub off on them!

Your #1 strategy: start with caution! don’t drastically change everything and constantly staying positive is the key…I hope!

What will keep you focused? Walking daily and having others join me, like my family.
