PRINEVILLE – Oregon State Police arrested a Prineville man last Friday on 164 counts of sex offenses in connection with the alleged abuse of a girl over about a 10-year period.

Police arrested Brad William Hill, 48, at the Prineville OSP office. He was taken to the Crook County Jail with bail set at $6.85 million.

He was accused of multiple counts of sex abuse, rape, and sodomy.

Police said Hill previously had lived in Grant and Umatilla counties, but had moved to Crook County in the late 1990s.

The investigation began Jan. 25 when a girl, now 19, told police she had been sexually abused since the third grade and it continued into her high school years. She now lives in Grant County.

Authorities said Hill has been a youth coach and a volunteer board member for the Boys & Girls Club of Central Oregon in Prineville.

Anyone with information regarding the investigation is asked to contact Det. Andrew McCool at 541-388-6213 ext. 207.
