#1 Goal – Lose Weight – Weigh 200 pounds by end of the challenge.
Obstacle – in-activity, poor diet
Motivator – Teammates – Son
#1 Strategy – Workout at least 3X a week, and eat better.
Focused – Monthly weigh in’s, and not wanting to let my teammates down.
Craving – Beer and taco bell
Excercise (love to hate) – Jogging – Boring!!
