Why I’m participating in the Eagle Challenge?

My #1 goal is to lose weight and be able to maintain it. I want to re-train my thinking about eating. And make time for exercise in my daily routine. And with participating in the challenge and being accountable to 6 other people I think it is a good time to begin. I think the person I know I can become is my motivation to succeed. My team is what will keep me focused. My secret food craving ,which isn’t a secret is CHOCOLATE!!! The exercise I love to hate would be Tae-bo!!! Autumn,
