1. Why participate in the Challenge?
I have been looking at getting more fit and haven’t got to it. This is a reason just get in and do it. And to WIN.
2. Your #1 Goal?
To get into better shape and eating health on a normal bases not just once in a while.
3. What’s the biggest obstacle to achieving your goal?
Time. Taking the time to exercise and eat right. Not just grabbing something and going.
4. Who/what is your biggest motivator toward success?
The team and my family.
5. Your #1 strategy?
Eat health meals, if I snack it will be good food – not candy bars and chips. And drink lots of water.
6. What will keep you focused?
The competition.
7. Name your secret food craving?
Not sure there is any one food – but sweets and usually not just one but, a couple and then a few more and a few more.
8. Name the exercise you love to hate?
Organized exercising, I enjoy walking, hiking, or just exercising, it’s taking the time to do it on a set schedule. To meet my goal I’m going to have to just take the time and do it.
