Well, my daughter and I went to Corvallis for the weekend to visit my family. There was carrot cake, cookies, pizza, and eating out. I need to learn to make better decisions when it comes to food. I did order a chicken ceaser wrap with melon instead of the bacon-cheese burger I wanted at Red Robin, but I still feel like I could have made better choices when it came to desserts and portion size. I guess this is one more thing I need to work on this year.
