? Cori Amber Callahan of John Day was awarded a bachelor’s degree in Prescott College’s community-based distance bachelor of arts program in sustainability and environmental education on Dec. 1.

? Micah Sprouffske has been named to the dean’s list for the Fall 2007 semester at the University of Oregon in Eugene. Sprouffske, a 2007 graduate of Grant Union High School, is the son of Greg and Linda Sprouffske of Canyon City.
