Obituaries: Keith Martin Tuttle

Keith Tuttle, 67, died March 5, 2008 in Burlingame, California. A funeral service was held March 13 at Driskill Memorial Chapel, followed by interment at Prairie City Cemetery. Pastor Dan Benson of the United Methodist Church officiated.
He was born November 11, 1940 in Nyssa, Oregon to Martin and Norma (Nichols) Tuttle. He graduated from Prairie City High School in 1959. He married Leslie Boyer in Prairie City on February 4, 1961. He attended Anthony’s School of Real Estate in 1971.
He enjoyed fishing, watching football with his son, mining with his grandsons, hiking with his Rottie, reading, and huckleberry picking. He was a successful real estate businessman and owner of the J Bar L Ranch. He had accomplished everything he set out to do.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Norma and two uncles, Lloyd and Glen Tuttle.
Mr. Tuttle is survived by his wife, Leslie of Woodside, Calif.; son, Jeff Tuttle of San Mateo, Calif.; daughter, Lisa Miller and her husband Mike of Cahokia, Ill.; grandsons, Keith and Paul Miller of Cahokia, Illinois; father, Martin Tuttle of Winlock, Wash.; sister, Evelyn Lejon of Longview, Wash.; brother, Kenneth Tuttle of Chester, Md.; sister, Joan Visser of Portland; brother, Michael Tuttle of the Netherlands; and numerous nieces and nephews.
