Lane and Nicole Collier of Spokane announce the birth of a son, Levi Robert Collier at 6:15 p.m. on March 20. He weighed 8 pounds, 10 ounces and was 22 inches long.

Grandparents are Kelly and Barb Voigt of Prairie City, Glenda Park of Post Falls, Idaho; and Larry Collier of Lynden, Wash. Great-grandparents are Karl and Carol Voigt of Prairie City and the late Dorothy Collier of Spokane, Wash.
