What things have been the biggest reward for you since starting the challenge? Team unity; increased energy; better fitting clothes.

What has been a positive change in your life since starting the challenge?

Healthy diet; more consistent exercise.

What have you struggled the most with?

Time for exercise; lack of sleep; drinking enough H2O.

A lot of people have hit a plateau, what are you doing to keep yourself motivated?

Depending on my team; looking ahead to significant events.

What has helped keep you on track so far?

Determination; competition; knowing I have to face Lindsay every month!

Are you happy to still be on the challenge?

Extremely; this came along at just the right time in my life.

What are your plans for the final part of the challenge?

Keep working hard; motivating my team; and being motivated by my team; WINNING!
