“REV IT UP”

The biggest reward for me so far has been an increase in stamina. It is a wondrous occasion when a person doesn’t have to gasp for breath.

Positive changes since starting the challenge are a bit slow in showing, but my clothes are getting looser.

The one thing I still truly struggle with is exercise.

What keeps me motivated??? Not wanting to let down my team-mates, they are all wonderful!

Wanting to be successful on the challenge, is what has kept me on track

Happy to still be participating on the challenge? DEFINITLY
