This challenge has made me more aware that my health (diabetes and high blood pressure) is important, and needs to be managed.

The hardest stuff to deal with has been not eating as much BACON; pork is as you know the other white meat. Since I am a diabetic I am trying to eat 6 times a day. That is hard you should all try that some time, and do it by eating healthily…HA HA
It seems that you hit plateaus in ever thing we do these days. My motivation is when I take my blood sugar test in the morning and it over 200 and it should be under 100. The hand full of pills in the morning and night is a good motivator to keep me a ware that I need to watch what I eat to control my diabetes and high blood pressure. The Eagle Challenge has got me motivated to keep on the right health track, THANK YOU EAGLE.
What has helped keep me on track so for is my TEAM Andrew, Elaine, Mary, Shannon, Linda, Erin and Lindsay Madden

I am still happy on the challenge. It will be sad when the challenge ends, but I am happy that I am more conscious of my eating habits
I still need to get a better handle on walking and eating for the final part of the challenge. And I am thinking that Bacon should not be the first part of the food triangle.
