LOSING 10 LBS IN THE FIRST FEW MONTHS WAS REWARDING. BEING IN BETTER SHAPE AND HAVING MORE ENERGY IN THE MORNINGS.
IT HAS BEEN A POSITIVE FEELING KNOWING THAT I CAN REACH MY GOALS AND FEELING BETTER ABOUT MY HEALTH. A LOT LESS STRESS.
MY WIFE IS STILL MY MOTIVATOR. WE ENJOY GETTING UP EARLY AND WALKING AROUND OUR RANCH.
LOOKING FORWARD TO SUMMER AND BETTER WEATHER AND WALKING AND AEROBICS WITH MY WIFE IS KEEPING ME ON TRACK.
ABSOLUTELY, I AM HAPPY TO BE IN THE CHALLENGE.
I PLAN TO CONTINUE TO IMPROVE ON THE AMOUNT OF PHYSICAL EXERCISE. I HOPE TO HIKE THE STRAWBERRY TRAIL FROM CANYON MT TO STRAWBERRY LAKE WITH MY GRANDSONS BEFORE AUGUST 1ST
