Interment of ashes for Oliver Calhoun will be 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, June 25 at Prairie City Cemetery.

Mr. Calhoun of Pendleton, died March 12, 2008 at a local care home. He graduated from Prairie City High School, and worked in the lumber business for Oregon Lumber in Bates and Morgan Trucking in Grant County. He was also the Grant County Sheriff from 1948-1951.
