Gary Germer is a Pacific Northwest native, born and raised in Vancouver, Washington.

He is a guest appraiser and expert for the Good Day Lifestyles program and endorsed by Elder Friendly certification, the Better Business Bureau, and Prudential Senior Advantage team. He owns Gary Germer and Associates, – a network of over 20 antique, fine art and personal property appraisers. Services include written appraisal work for probate, insurance and court distributions, also discreet property liquidation, estate and moving sales, and internet sales and services.

Gary owned the Vancouver Antique Mall, the largest full-service antique mall in Southwest Washington, for over 14 years. He has experience in retail sales, estate sales and appraisal services. In 1989, he received his certification as an antique and personal property appraiser and started doing antique appraisal clinics in the manner of “the Antiques Roadshow,” for various fund-raisers and retirement centers.

Gary has been an appraiser/auctioneer at Ol’Gallerie Auctions, 228 NE 7th, Portland, OR, which is the largest antique, fine art auction house in the Pacific Northwest. He produced “Saturday Antique Preview” on KVAN radio, expanded antique appraisal clinics to include the MAC Club, Portland Art Museum, Elders in Action, and retirement communities, and is a semi-regular guest appraiser and antique expert on AM Northwest and Good Day Oregon.
