The contest is derived of 3 judged events. Horsemanship Contest, Personal Interview and Speech Contest. The schedule of appearances and judged events are below.

1. Tuesday, August 19, 7 p.m. – Fashion Revue

2. Wednesday, August 20, 9 a.m. – Horsemanship Contest, Part 1* -Consists of a riding pattern and impromptu questions.

3. Talent Show, Wednesday August 20, 7 p.m.

4. Thursday, August 21, 2 p.m. – Personal Interview*

5. Friday, August 22, Noon – Kid’s Day Parade

6. Friday, August 22, 7 p.m. – Horsemanship Contest, Part 2*-NPRA grand entry and introduction

7. Saturday, August 23, – Noon, Senior Center – Speech Contest*

8. Saturday, August 23, 10 a.m. – Horsemanship Contest, Part 3 -Fair Parade

9. Saturday, August 23, 7 p.m. – NPRA Rodeo -Announcement of Court Selection

The Royalty Court is required to attend the Spray Rodeo, Grant County High School Rodeo, 62 Days Parade, 4th of July Parade (Dayville or Prairie City on alternating years) and the Grant County Fair & Rodeo. Attendance at other rodeos will be optional.
