John Clark, “The Balloon Man”, will be performing at the Grant County Fair Thursday, August 21 through Saturday, August 23, making balloons for kids of all ages – FREE. He is an excellent balloon artist who can twist just about anything you can imagine out of balloons. From a simple balloon dog or balloon hat to vehicles and characters, “The Balloon Man” adds an new element of fun to the Fair while twisting balloons into fun shapes. “The Balloon Man” is an entertainer who will have your children laughing and having fun while he’s twisting balloons into works of art.
