I am amazed at where we all were nearly six months ago. The time has passed so quickly and the results have been so pleasing. As a team we have broken through another 100 pound barrier in our quest downward! That is amazing! And in all honesty – yes, it has been hard at times – but it really hasn’t been all that hard. With the excitement of the competition and the incredible support of my teammates – I can truly say that this has been an enjoyable experience. To anyone out there who is even kind of thinking about joining in the next Eagle Challenge – I say “DO IT”. What do you have to lose except that extra weight you have been dragging around, that uncomfortable feeling when putting on your clothes, that lack of energy as you try to keep up with your family. Who wants to keep that stuff?? Get a great team together, get energized by the competition and JUST DO IT! We struggled to put together our team, but I am so very glad that we were determined to do it. It has been a great experience and I know I speak for all our team – WE FEEL TERRIFIC!
