PRAIRIE CITY – High gas prices were no deterrent to the participants, nor the crowd of spectators at the 2008 Grant County Kruzers Show ‘N’ Shine, on Saturday, Aug. 2, in Prairie City.

According to Judy Kerr of the Kruzers, 65 classic vehicles took part in this, the 13th year of the popular show. “That’s more than we expected,” Kerr said. 

Music from the 50s, 60 and 70s kept the crowd in a “vintage” mood, while they milled around the chrome and color on display throughout Prairie City’s city park.
