JOHN DAY – Eastern Oregon University Grant County Center has announced that the winner of the drawing for a free EOU class is Connie McKinley of Prairie City.

The prize includes one tuition-free class, valued up to $675.

The university offered the drawing at its booth at the Grant County Fair.
